Young Survivor Support Group at Porter The focus of this group will be education, perspective and support with emphasis on the facets of your life that are interrupted at this age.
If you are in the age range of 18-39 and have experienced a cancer diagnosis of any kind, please consider joining us for our monthly support group. You do not have to be a patient of Porter Adventist Hospital to attend meetings or belong to this group.

Soul Survivors Soul Survivors is proud to provide unwavering support to Colorado residents diagnosed with breast cancer. You as a "Soul Survivor" will be paired with a "Soul Guide" (Volunteer) who will be with you throughout your journey. Service offerings range from coordinating chemo appointments with loved ones (Soul Guides attending chemo appointments is also possible), to providing resources for a host of basic needs such as meals, financial assistance, and transportation. Your Soul Guide is also there to provide emotional support, understanding a breast cancer diagnosis is a life changing event.
